Order Statuses

What does your Order Status mean?

When there is a change in your Order Status you will be notified via email.

If you have created an account with us, you can check your Order Status on line.

Awaiting payment:

We have received the Order but we are waiting for payment. This status will be changed once funds have cleared our bank account, which usually takes 1 - 2 working days. International payments take longer. Once an order has been placed the status is automatically set as 'Awaiting payment'.

Awaiting Fulfillment:

We have received payment but we are waiting for stock from our supplier. This is usually applicable to pre-orders and large orders. This status confirms that we have received payment.

Awaiting Shipment:

We have received payment and we are in the process of making up the order and preparing it for shipping. This status usually follows the 'Awaiting payment' status. This status confirms that we have received payment.

Awaiting Pickup:

The order is ready for collection from our Midrand office. Our collection times are Mondays to Fridays, 10h30 to 14h30. This status usually follows the 'Awaiting payment' status. This status confirms that we have received payment.

Shipped:

The order has been shipped or collected. We will supply all relevant details such as tracking numbers.

Partially Shipped:

We are still waiting for one or more items from our supplier, but some stock has been shipped or collected.

Completed:

The client has taken delivery of the order and is therefore finalized.

Pending:

We have received the order but no payment and there is doubt that the order will be completed. This occurs several days after an order has been placed but no payment has been received. This status will precede the 'Cancelled' status.

Cancelled:

The order has been cancelled. We will refund any funds that we have received.

Refunded:

The order has been cancelled and funds have been paid back to the client. Refunds can take up to ten working days.
