Step 4: Your details
- Now you will need to enter your Name, Shipping address etc.
- For this example we are 'checking out' as a 'guest'.
- Please ensure that your email address is correct, as the system will be emailing your order to you once you have completed your purchase.
- If your billing and shipping addresses are the same please tick the box as it will save you a lot of time.
- Click the button to move to the next phase.
- If your Billing and Shipping addresses differ then you will be required to enter the Shipping details seperately.
- Now that your addresses have been finalized it is time to select how you will be taking delivery of your order. The options are:
- Insured Safekeeping: We have fully insured Safekeeping facilities at no cost. If you do not want to keep your items with you, let us look after them. We will send you a Safekeeping certificate via email.
- Collect from our Boksburg office. You are more than welcome to collect your order at no charge. By prior arrangement.
- Speedservices (uninsured): This is the postal option and not recommended for valuable parcels as it is uninsured. We will email you the tracking details when the parcel ships. - Currently unavailable.
- Insured Courier: We use a courier company to send our parcels worldwide. We recommend this option for valuable parcels as it is insured.
- All that is required now is to review your order and make sure that you are happy with it.
- The Order Confirmation screen will display your products and all costs involved.
- If you have received a Gift Certificate or Coupon you can enter the code into the box. If you have Store Credit, you will have the option to apply it as well.
- You can enter special instructions in the text box as well as choose to receive our newsletter.
- Click on the 'Continue' button and you are done!
- Now you will see a final confirmation screen with our banking details that you can use to make payment.
- You will also receive an email with the details of your order as well as our banking details.
- Once you have made payment, the rest is up to us. We will be in contact with the details of your shipping or collection.
